Ingredients
Turmeric (Curcuma longa) (root) 450 mg, Turmeric Extract (Curcuma longa) (root) (Standardized to contain 95% Curcuminoids) 50 mg. Other ingredients: Gelatin. Contains <2% of: Silica, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Vegetable Stearic Acid.
Directions
For adults, take one (1) capsule daily, preferably with a meal. Capsules may be opened and prepared as a tea.
